Do I need DLT registration to send SMS?
Yes. Business SMS in India must use a sender ID and templates registered on an operator's DLT portal. We guide you through it and map your templates in the panel.

      
Can I message anyone on WhatsApp?
Only customers who opted in. The first message uses a Meta-approved template; replies within 24 hours can be free-form.

      
Which languages does the AI voice agent speak?
English and Hindi today, with more Indian languages being tested. Our human support team speaks Telugu, Hindi and English.

      
How does pricing work?
