Our story
One platform instead of five vendors.
Most businesses we meet juggle separate vendors for SMS, WhatsApp and calls. Each has its own login, wallet and reports, and none of them talk to each other. Customers, meanwhile, move between channels every day.
We started SparkNow to fix that. One panel, one wallet and one report for every channel, with AI that picks the right channel for each customer and agents that answer when your team can't.
We're building for the businesses we know best: clinics, colleges, online brands, builders and retailers across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and the rest of India, with support in Telugu, Hindi and English.
