This policy explains how SPARKNOW TEKNOX PRIVATE LIMITED ("SparkNow", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website and our messaging, voice and AI services. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.
Who we are
SparkNow is a brand of SPARKNOW TEKNOX PRIVATE LIMITED, based in 221, 2nd floor, Manjeera Majestic Commercial, JNTU Road, KPHB Colony, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana 500072. For any privacy question, write to assist@sparknow.co.in.
Data we collect
- Details you give us: name, company, phone number, email and messages you send through our forms, chat or AI agent.
- Account and KYC data: business details, GST number, authorised signatory details and documents needed for DLT, WhatsApp and RCS registration.
- Customer content: contact lists, message templates, recordings and message content you upload to send campaigns.
- Usage data: delivery reports, call records, logs, device and browser information, and pages visited on our website.
- Voice and chat data: recordings and transcripts of conversations with our AI agent, used to answer you and improve the service.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries, give demos and provide support.
- To create and run your account, deliver messages and calls, and send reports.
- For billing, GST invoices and record keeping.
- To meet legal duties, including TRAI, DLT and telecom regulations.
- To keep our services secure and prevent misuse, spam and fraud.
- To improve our products. We do not sell personal data.
Customer content and your end users
When you use SparkNow to message or call your own customers, you are the data fiduciary for that data and we process it on your instructions. You are responsible for having your customers' consent and for honouring opt-outs and DND preferences.
Sharing
We share data only with telecom operators, Meta (for WhatsApp), Google and operators (for RCS), cloud and payment providers that help us run the service, and authorities when the law requires it. Each provider is bound to protect the data.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Message logs and DLT records are kept for the periods set by telecom regulations.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, logging and regular reviews to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your login details safe and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Write to assist@sparknow.co.in. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
